  12/11/2008 I called and left a message for this office to call me back when they opened at three.....I called back at 5.00pm and got 'Larry'..who then told me he could not help me with a 2006 tax return copy because I filed it in San Diego and so had to go back to them....I call head office customer servive today 12/12/2008, and they tell me to get to his office, ask for the copy and call them from his office if he will not help me!.....turns out I can get copies from ANY office, and it has to be here, as I have to pick it up in person!....they are a computerized system...either Larry does not know, or he cannot be bothered. I won't be using these offices for my 2009 tax return.
