  If you're offered a sub-contracting position by West Bay, I strongly urge you NOT to take the offer! In short, you won't get paid, and there isn't anything you can do about it. They know the laws very well, and utilize their knowledge to rip off the little guy, who can't afford lawyers. Don't take my word for it, contact any construction lawyer in the Bay Area and ask them about this company. Just drop the name Paul Thompson and they'll immediately know who you're talking about. West Bay Builders and Thompson are scum.
