  Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!!! Delivery is well over 20 minutes late, and I've been sitting "on hold" for over 5 minutes to get a status. They've left the phone off hook so I can hear everything. Obviously I have been forgotten about.
  
  As it stands order still has not showed up after restaurant puts me on hold, then hangs up on me, then LIES to me saying the driver was in front of my house. When I challenge her given I was standing in front of my house she then says "okay we will cancel your order" - yea right you had the food prepped and enroute especially when you were so quick to cancel the order. Lies. She then asks how can we fix this "well ... you can prepare the order and deliver it", then she says "we are too busy". This is now after 45 min after it was suppose to be delivered and 1 hr and 45 min after I placed the order.
  
  Eat24's customer service ("they are slammed right now" message auto chat response) and this restaurant really pisses me off right now. I'm starving.
